We are here to listen to your ideas, create the vision and then bring this to life on the day! What is included in the wedding styling package for your beautiful day?
Top Table Styling
The most important table of all! We will include a beautiful and simple foliage garland with delicate flower detailing. Including soft table runners, tapered and tea light candles to add a real romantic touch. Again of course, if you would like to add more flowers and details, we are on hand to discuss these further with you.
Whatever style of chair your venue has got, we've got it covered! For wooden Chiavari, Cheltenham and Cross back style chairs, choose a gorgeous chiffon drape tied with ribbon. A single drape can be styled in several different ways, so you have a choice of the look, as well as colour to match your scheme.
Fresh Floral Centre Pieces
Classic, fresh flower bud vases arrangements will add beauty to your tables. This would include a simple floral display to match your colour scheme paired with soft foliage’s. We can of course discuss upgrading and making bespoke floral arrangements further with Danielle our experienced florist.
Candle Lit Centre Pieces
To add to your fresh florals bud vases, choose from neutral or coloured tapered candles, tealights to add to your tablescape.
Charger Plate or Placemat
The choice is yours! Our standard charger plates are available in clear beaded or gold edged. Or, maybe you'd prefer a wicker placemat to add a boho vibe to your table? These work really well and add a little something different to your table. Don’t worry if you'd like charger plates AND placemats, as you can upgrade to include both - just ask!
Add that pop of colour to your tablescape with a napkin. Choose from a soft linen, cheesecloth or cotton material which we can tie in a more classic fold or a Bellissima Days favourite… the knot.
The package also includes modern calligraphy written place cards designed to complement your styling.
Table Numbers and Stands
We have a selection of calligraphy written table numbers which can be placed in a gold, silver or black frames. Thinking of having table names? We can also supply these too.
Floating Candles and Lanterns
Choose either floating candles or lanterns to add that candlelit romance to your day! These can be used for both your ceremony and wedding breakfast., either dotted around the venue or on tables.
Runners are a great way to add a splash of colour to your guest tables and can also add texture too if you decide to use cheesecloth. All of our runners are available in the same colours as our napkins and drapes, so everything is perfectly coordinated.
Seating Plan Display
Show your guests where they'll be sitting in style! We will provide flowers or draping to accompany your provided seating plan! We also have the option to provide your seating plan on a range of different back drops.
Personalised Welcome Sign
Welcome your guest with a WOW! Personalised sign to include your names and wedding date , placed on a wooden easel dressed with draping and floral detail's.
Cake Table Styling
Whatever your style, we'll dress the table with small extra touches to compliment the rest of your decoration and give it some love and attention too.
Gift Table Styling
We have a range of different props and pretties which you can add to your gift table to enhance personality and a little more detail.

By booking Bellissima Days to take care of your styling and florals, you're be making an investment in to the biggest day of your life. As well as hiring the physical items, you're investing in our creativity, passion, expertise, knowledge, care and understanding of just what it means to have a beautifully styled wedding. Your investment gets our time too, from emails and phone calls, to face to face meetings at our showroom and beautiful bespoke moodboards. Your investment isn't just for the day itself either as it will live on in your wedding photos and video as well as the memories of you, your family, friends and loved ones.
Wedding Package Starting Prices
Up to 60 guests: £1500 (based on 6 round guest tables plus a top table)
Up to 80 guests: £1840 (based on 8 round guest tables plus a top table)
Up to 100 guests: £2120 (based on 10 round guest tables plus a top table)
These are guide prices and can be adjusted for different guest numbers. The prices are based on round tables seating up to 10 guests, plus a long or round top table. Prices will be higher for trestle tables as you can usually seat a maximum of 6 on a single 6ft trestle that is used to make longer tables, so you will need more tables. Plus if you want full-length styling on a trestle table, that uses more decorations, foliage and flowers etc than a central centrepiece on a round table. If your numbers are different, then we'll simply adjust the package and price to reflect them.
